What do you do?
I support our Swedish and Nordic customers, as well as some export customers, by email and phone, and through the processing of electronic EDI orders. This includes order, quotation, and claims handling, delivery planning based on stock levels and material availability, as well as some invoicing. I respond to questions regarding products, pricing, and delivery times, and work closely with the sales, support, purchasing, logistics, planning, and production departments. Within our department, we also have a high degree of opportunity to influence and develop our daily work and internal processes.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy the variety of tasks, which differ depending on the customer and geographical area. It is a great and interesting mix of our different products and brands. I plan my day based on priorities together with colleagues in my own department, as well as in collaboration with other departments. The work is flexible, allowing for both independent work and teamwork.
What is it like to work at Volution Sweden?

What do you do?
I work as an assembler at the Hälleforsnäs site, a role I have held for nearly 20 years. I assemble products at different stations, which makes the work varied. I get to assemble most of our Pax products, except for the radiators and warehouse work.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
The best part is coming to work and seeing my colleagues. Many of us have worked here together for a long time, and it really shows – we know each other well and there is always plenty of laughter. At the same time, I also enjoy working independently at a station, such as when assembling towel warmers. Then I can fully focus on the task and work calmly at my own pace – that suits me very well.
What is it like to work at Volution Sweden?
I truly enjoy working here. It is a workplace where you feel secure, where everyone supports one another, and where you are free to be yourself. The fact that I still enjoy coming to work after nearly 20 years says a lot – it is simply a great place to be.
